Mr. Jummah stood out with his calm and welcoming demeanor, even remembering my name upon check out. The hotel also offered cycles for guests, which was a great idea and added to the overall experience. The sitting area was cozy and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a 3-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities and cleanliness. The staff was helpful and even offered breakfast in our room during Ramadan. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom and breakfast variety, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its value and location with a nearby tuck shop and coffee shop. Overall a great stay.

Good location close to amenities and shopping center. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sayed Lutfi and Jumah. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee from the on-site cafe. Provided with complimentary tea and coffee amenities in the room.

Everything was fantastic.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. the location was ideal for exploring the city's attractions and conveniently close to public transportation.

The noise level in the rooms was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, which also made the room temperature uncomfortable.

We loved that there were microwaves, fridges, and ironing amenities in the rooms. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch.

Beautiful hallway design, welcoming and cooperative staff, great colors and room design, convenient grocery store next door, fast and efficient check-in process. Exceptional receptionist, calm and welcoming, remembered my name. Excellent room facilities, toiletries, and washroom. Appreciated the availability of cycles for guests.
