had a fantastic golf trip in bicester. holiday inn express exceeded expectations - comfy bed, clean area, spacious shower, great tv & films, easy to find with parking. staff went the extra mile.

The staff were friendly and cheerful, always willing to help. the hotel's location was great, making it easy to explore other areas. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and parking, which made our stay more affordable.

the heat in our room was unbearable and the air conditioning was not working. the manager was rude and unhelpful, offering no solutions and suggesting that we should check out immediately.

During my stay, I found the location to be quite convenient as it was not too far from the town centre and the shopping village. The hotel's entrance is located behind the carriageway, so it took a bit of effort to locate it accurately. However, once inside, I was pleased to find that the hotel was really close to various shops and amenities. The room I stayed in was of a good size and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided professional service. The breakfast provided was decent and there was ample space in the dining area.

There was one minor issue with the kettle in the room. It required the switch to be held down in order to stay switched on, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in the heart of a bustling town center. This makes it very convenient for shopping at the well-known Bicester outlet or exploring the nearby shopping center. the hotel's entrance can be easily located, even though it is hidden behind the carriageway.

The hotel does not offer laundry facilities, which might be an inconvenience for guests who require this service.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 3 nights in May while visiting Blenheim Palace. Check-in was efficient and the staff, especially Leon, were superb. The breakfast, although simple, was good with a few vegetarian options. The USB ports at the headboards were practical and the showers were excellent. the staff were lovely and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the Outlet and other attractions. The service provided by the staff was excellent - they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and soundproofed rooms. I also appreciated the little touches like the free toiletries and electric kettle in the room. The dining options were great, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar available. The staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional service and should be praised and rewarded for their efforts. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Upon checking in, we were delighted to find that the hotel was conveniently placed and in good order. The room was comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the "subdued" under-shelf lighting in the bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff in the restaurant area were polite and helpful, enhancing our dining experience.

During our stay, the construction work in the surrounding area caused some inconvenience in accessing the hotel. However, we understand that this is temporary and will improve once the building work is finished.
