we stayed at a hotel a few minutes' walk from the town centre. the staff at Mercure were very friendly and helpful, giving us a great dinner recommendation just around the corner from the Cathedral. the room was clean and comfortable, with great beds. although the bathroom was tiny and a bit silly in layout, overall it was a good stay. public parking nearby was reasonably priced and secure.
