As youngsters, we loved the speedy check-out process and the valet parking service. The hotel staff were professional and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable. The concierge, Shahad, was friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan a surprise for a special occasion. The customer service at the hotel was impeccable and exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed at Kempinski in a spacious, clean suite with a great view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the spacious, futuristic toilet was excellent. The light switches added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel matched the photos on the website. I also appreciated the complimentary minibar and the fact that our special requests were fulfilled. it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Kempinski. the staff were friendly and the support team was extremely helpful. the hotel is conveniently located between Dammam and Al-Khobar, making it easy to explore both areas. I booked the suite with 2 rooms and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious size and breathtaking view from the high elevation suite. the hotel was clean and lived up to the pictures on the website. I would highly recommend having a car for easy transportation. a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, close to nearby malls and just a short drive away from the most famous mall in the area. The room is spacious with comfortable bedding and a nice clean bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and are always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious and has a range of options suitable for everyone. Besides, the hotel facilities are impressive with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a private parking area that will make your stay convenient.

We stayed at this place and we loved how close it was to everything we wanted to visit. The service was amazing, from the room service to the bell staff. They were all so helpful! The amenities were also impressive, from the indoor swimming pool to the spa & wellness center, there was something for everyone. Lastly, the restaurant had fantastic options for every meal and the staff were very attentive.

The room was cozy and the sleeping mattress was comfortable. We really appreciated the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were very professional and courteous. the hotel's location was also perfect for our needs, with easy access to key attractions. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied food options available, especially the coffee brands on offer.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from the experience. We found that the cleaning service was sometimes a bit slow, and the towels in the bathroom occasionally had a bad smell.
