We had a great experience at the hotel, very close to Masjid Nabwi. the duty manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. the rooms were nice and spacious, with high-quality bathrooms. It was also impressive to have three restaurants on-site to enjoy.

We had an easy and smooth check-in process at Leader Al Muna Kareem and the reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite the busy season, we were able to enjoy the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location is great, close to main destinations. Breakfast has good options, probably the best staff among Madina hotels. Close distance to haram and women's area. Everything within arm's reach - grocery, food, shopping. Rooms are relatively newer. Car parking available. Nice layout with plenty of lifts.

We had a great city trip and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the free newspaper every morning. the location was perfect for reaching all the main attractions and we loved how easy it was to get around. the staff were friendly and always happy to help.

The room was quite small and there was only one socket available, which was not very convenient. We also found the air conditioning to be a bit too noisy and it was difficult to control the temperature.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, just across the road to the mosque, close to women praying area and near to the market place. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained and the service is commendable. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi signal in some of the higher floors could be improved.
