We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The location right in the city center was perfect for exploring the area. The staff provided exceptional service, from room service to car hire, and even laundry service was available within a few hours. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed - a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a safe. The restaurant on the top floor had a beautiful view and the buffet breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Puerto Montt.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gran Pacifico for my birthday and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, mall, and supermarkets. The rooms were well-maintained and had a beautiful view of the ocean and city. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone. The hotel's restaurant on the 10th floor offered stunning ocean views and delicious food. a great find for the price!

The view from the balcony was straight fire, with the Andes, islands, and fjords creating the sickest backdrop for our Insta pics. The beds were majorly comfy, and the breakfast buffet had all the fuel we needed for our epic adventures in Puerto Montt. We hit up Dimarsa, the raddest department store, and went shopping crazy!

But, if I had to ask for one thing, it would be more late-night fun for us party-loving youngsters. A cool rooftop bar or a sick DJ spinning beats would have taken our stay to the next level.

I had a great view from my room on the 8th floor, it was a nice way to start the day. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, and the food was decent. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant on the top floor with its stunning views. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of the city was convenient, and we appreciated being close to two supermarkets.

The staff was incredible! Reception, cleaning, and restaurant teams were mind-blowingly efficient and super courteous. Our 6th-floor room had a jaw-dropping view of the ocean and city. It was so well organized by the pleasant maid. The restaurant on the 10th floor offered an unparelled ocean view, with a breakfast attractively displayed and something for every taste. The location was perfect, just a short walk to almost everything downtown. This hotel easily deserved 4 stars!

Nothing not to love.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the city, close to a well-equipped supermarket and within walking distance to the waterfront. The room was functional and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a hot shower. The staff was attentive and even arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The breakfast provided a decent selection of food and the view from the dining area was breathtaking.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved with better dusting and cleaning.

The Navegantes Restaurant serves gourmet food and wine, and the hotel offers great amenities. The location is convenient and the views are stunning.

Just loved the struggle to communicate with the untrained staff. So refreshing to be ignored and misunderstood.
