The hotel has clean rooms and good facilities. Parking is available and the location is great, right on the promenade. The staff is very hospitable and the breakfast is delicious.

We had an exceptional stay at Iaki Conference & Spa. The location is perfect, right on the seaside with a private beach and a pool. The staff was polite and helpful, making our experience even better. The hotel has everything you need, including a spa and free parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect - right by the sea side and in the center of the resort. The staff were so kind and made sure we received the best services. The room was amazing. It had everything we needed including tea and coffee facilities, an ironing board, a sitting area, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms were also great as we got a good night's sleep. In addition, the facilities were fantastic - the spa and wellness center was so relaxing and the outdoor swimming pool was great for a dip.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we appreciated the two complimentary drinks offered upon arrival and the dessert served at the end of our meal. the hotel's location was great and offered easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the daily housekeeping service which kept our room clean and tidy.

One of the main drawbacks was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet. the food options were limited and not very appetizing.

Upgraded to an apartment upon arrival. Fully functional restaurant with tasty menu items. Kid-friendly events during our stay. Clean rooms with great views. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had an amazing time at IAKI! The food was delicious and diverse, especially at the "a la carte" restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, the spa was a great addition, and the massages were fantastic. Our room was spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the nearby beach. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options and excellent coffee. it was a perfect stay for our family.
