The room was spacious and clean, with a great king size bed. The nearby golf course adds a nice touch for leisure. Staff at the front desk were a bit unfriendly during check-in, which was disappointing.

Oh, the Italian delights are a feast for your soul! Each bite is a dance of flavors, and I can't forget the sweet touch when Baby at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The room was immaculate, decorated with personalized touches that felt inviting.

While the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, I found the cleanliness of my room lacking. There were sticky spots on the floor and countertops, which made me question the overall housekeeping standards. Additionally, the indoor pool, despite being an attractive feature, was too cold to enjoy comfortably, especially since I was looking forward to a relaxing swim after a long day.

My stay at the Hilton Inn Philadelphia/Bensalem was simply wonderful! The staff went above and beyond, especially Baby at the front desk, who made my check-in seamless and welcoming. The room was huge, with high ceilings and an exciting personalized TV greeting—it truly felt like a home away from home!

During my stay for a wedding, I really appreciated the spacious room with high ceilings and the ease of setting up my firestick. The staff was accommodating, especially when they moved me to the first floor to avoid noise from events. The breakfast had a nice variety and everything was clean, enhancing my experience. I'll definitely be back for my next visit!

almost gave a good review, but staff didn't promptly address my concerns. and seriously, after all that, no complimentary upgrades? ridiculous. I can’t believe I'd be treated like every other guest when clearly, I deserve better. so disappointed, definitely won’t return.

The indoor pool was surprisingly chilly for summer!!! Additionally, more variety in room decor would enhance the overall guest experience!!! It would also be nice to have self-service laundry facilities available!!!

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. they went out of their way to help my child find her favorite toy in the hallways. The breakfast was delightful, especially the green juices and variety of foods to choose from.

Upon arriving, Baby at the front desk was a true gem, welcoming me with warmth and accommodating my early check-in with ease. The spacious king room offered a stunning view and was immaculate, complete with a personalized greeting displayed on the TV, creating a lovely touch. However, the sound insulation left much to be desired. the noise from the events below was disruptive well into the early morning hours. Breakfast had a delightful selection, but my hopes for a comfortable swim were dashed due to the chilly indoor pool.
