Rosie and Candace went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being, checking in with us regularly and helping us coordinate various appointments and packages. Some rooms had issues such as odors, broken bathroom doors, and cracked sinks, indicating a need for maintenance and improvements. In one case, a guest had their personal belongings accidentally thrown away by the maid, causing inconvenience and frustration.

The room at Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville Downtown was so comfortable! The bed felt like a cloud and the bathroom was spotless. I loved having a big TV and fast Wi-Fi, too. It really made me feel at home.

I wish there was a mini-fridge in the room.

What an excellent experience! The hotel is in a great location, near to many well-known attractions around downtown. We definitely got more than we expected for the price. The cozy rooms with comfy beds and a sleeper sofa are perfectly equipped with everything you need. The staff was attentive and always on hand to fulfill our every request. The breakfast was very tasty, and there was plenty of additional food included.

In town for Forecastle festival. The staff was amazing! Greeted me warmly and used my name. Secure parking in a nearby garage. Close to the festival. Prompt room cleaning with snacks and water offered. The bed was incredibly comfortable with amazing pillows. Would definitely stay again.
