I recently stayed at Pan Pacific in Toronto for my surgery at the nearby hospital. The hotel was modern with spacious rooms and great facilities. The large outdoor pool with sun loungers was a perfect spot to relax. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the big lit up mirror and roomy shower with a safety rail. The central location made it easy to access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix was a bonus, and the clean environment and pleasant reception area were a nice touch. I'll definitely be staying here again for the nice ambience.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was so spacious! Even though there were a few coffee stains on the bedskirt, the housekeeping staff promptly replaced it. I had a great stay at Pan Pacific.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Monica Mic, provided excellent service and accommodated our needs. The breakfasts were delicious and included at no cost to us. The hotel facilities were spacious and clean, and the gym was a nice added amenity. The location was perfect, close to Niagara Falls and restaurants, while also offering a quiet atmosphere.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. the staff was accommodating and offered free parking when our room was not ready upon early arrival. the location was also convenient and easy to access nearby attractions.

The carpets and curtains in the room were dirty and outdated. the cost for extras such as parking and Wi-Fi was unexpected and added up quickly.

Fabulous location in the heart of the city. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Though I encountered a few hiccups, one thing that stood out was the quick response from the staff when the room needed to be changed. I'll recommend this hotel.

Fantastic layout and ambience, excellent staff, comfortable amenities and well-timed room cleaning. Spacious room, cozy bed with a great reading light. Only disappointment was the bathroom, lacking a comfort height toilet and with a poorly functioning shower control. A channel guide for the TV on the dresser would be a helpful addition.
