I had a great experience at Mias Al Madina hotel. the location was perfect for me, being just a 5-minute walk to the Haram and close to shopping options. the room was comfortable and the reception staff were kind. We had a wonderful stay at Mias Al Madina. the hotel's proximity to the masjid was a huge plus, making it very convenient for us as pilgrims. the room was clean and comfortable, and the ducted air conditioner, though old, worked perfectly. the hotel staff, especially the kind sister who spoke excellent English, went out of their way to assist us. They even allowed us to check in earlier and upgraded our rooms to offer a partial Haram view. the hotel cleaners were always ready to help with essential toiletries, and we appreciated the regular supply of tea, coffee, and water bottles in our room.

They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, whether it was recommending the tastiest local restaurants or helping me navigate the city like a seasoned traveler. The location near Gate 318 and Door 8 on the right side of the Masjidil Nabawi made it easy for us to manage between going to the masjid or the Green Dome. the view from our room was superb, overlooking the yard and Masjidil Nabawi. the hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the flat-screen TV with Bein Sport available in the lobby. the cafe had a nice atmosphere and the prices were reasonable. We especially loved their cakes, as they were not too sweet. the majority of guests were from Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Indonesia, giving the hotel a good vibe.

The cleanliness of the room and washroom was impeccable. The hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the bell boys, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We also appreciated the convenient charging switches located under the shelf.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Haram gates. The room I stayed in, room 206, was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The view of the yard and Masjidil Nabawi from my room was absolutely superb. I also enjoyed the nice cafe on site with its delicious and reasonably priced cakes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I did encounter a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The food variety was limited, with only one type of fruit available.

the staff, especially Mukhtar, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we had transportation issues. the hotel had a modern feel, with good amenities such as a quick lift, modern bathroom, and thoughtful touches like a kettle and tea/coffee supplies. the room itself was cozy with a big, comfortable bed and all the necessary utilities. it felt like a first class European hotel and offered a pleasant stay.

Stayed at a hotel with old rooms and scorching hot showers. Complained multiple times but got a new room eventually. No internet until last day. Won't come back, not worth the price. On the bright side, it was near the mosque.

Who needs a properly cleaned room or friendly staff?

I was visiting the Haram Nabawi and the hotel's location was very convenient. It was just a short walk to Gates 316 and 318, making it easy for me to access the mosque. The hotel is also near a shopping street, which was great for exploring during my free time. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the amenities like the tea kettle, fridge, and modern bathroom. it was a great experience!

Great location near Salam, shops, ladies and men side, and Bab -e- Salam. Clean rooms, helpful staff, especially Mr. Hussain from IT. Quadrupled room with Haram view, right in front of gate 316-318. Excellent staff, Mukhtar arranged a taxi for us.
