The location of the hotel was excellent, just a minute walk from the main gate and offering easy access to offer Salam. It was also close to the bus station, which was convenient for my travel back to Haram. The hotel was new and everything was in excellent condition. I also appreciated the flexible checkout option, which allowed me to coordinate my departure with the bus schedule.

The bed mattresses were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I found the location to be a bit inconvenient as it was far from the entrance to the female section of the Masjid.

We were impressed by the variety of small shops nearby. the check-in staff were always helpful, and we were delighted to have a large room with a stunning view of the Haram. the bed was extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. the breakfast provided a good variety of options, and the breakfast manager and the rest of the staff were attentive and friendly. We appreciated the daily provision of coffee and dates in the lobby, as well as the ample tea and toiletries selection.

I recently stayed at Mysk Touch in a room with a Haram view for my trip to Medina. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the mosque and nearby shopping and dining areas. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff, including Mr. Abdelrahman, Ms. Fatimah, Ms. Saja, Mr. Sameh Taha, Rhidoy, Sohan, and Babul, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the spacious and modern rooms made for a comfortable stay. I especially want to mention Ismail, the cleaner, for his attention to detail in keeping the rooms spotless. Ayman, the manager, also provided exceptional service and assistance throughout our stay.
