The hotel had a clean and tidy property with a stunning view of the waterfront. There was a lovely walking area in front of the hotel. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. The restaurant manager, Mohamed Adel, was friendly and provided excellent support. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and pleasant.

Felt like family, no complaints at all.

This hotel is located near the waterfront, with a walking area right in front of it. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing good service. The breakfast is tasty and there are a variety of food options available. There is also a restaurant manager who is very friendly and supportive.

The sound insulation in the hotel is not good.

The hotel is brand new and recently opened, so there may be a few things missing, but it's not a big deal. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, with Alnawras Park and the corniche within walking distance. The variety of food offered was excellent, and the pasta dish made by the chef Hibah was very good.

Had a lovely Easter weekend staying at this hotel with fantastic location near the beach. the room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. the staff were really friendly and helpful, providing two complementary Easter eggs on arrival! Another great perk was the walking distance to the mosques and parks nearby for a relaxing view.

The sound insulation was poor and we could hear other guests in their room which was a bit distracting. it was a pleasant stay but some improvements could be made to enhance the guest experience.
