We recently stayed at Sheraton in Makkah and had a fantastic experience. the rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the English-speaking staff. the breakfast was outstanding, and the room amenities were top-notch. We were even able to print important documents for our travels using their free printer service. the TV service offered channels like Makkah al-Haram and Al Madina, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the evening dinner staff were exceptional, serving us the best chicken burger and fries either through room service or the evening buffet. everything was perfect!

My stay at Sheraton was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to Alharam made it incredibly convenient. The warm goodbye from the gentleman who arranged my taxi was a truly special touch.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by adding more staff during peak times to reduce wait times for dishes like Sunny Sun Side Eggs.

This hotel provides a great value for money with clean rooms, comfy beds, and a breathtaking view of the hilly area of the city. The polite staff is always ready to help, and the breakfast is simply superb.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton hotel in Makkah for a week and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The management and staff, especially Syed Azhar ud Din, were exceptional. The front desk team, including Nader, Bunder, and Nasir, were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Karim the chef, were extremely hospitable. The rooms were clean, the facilities were great, and the value for money was excellent. The hotel also offered a late check-out option until 8pm, which was a bonus. the staff, cleanliness, and facilities made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

i've stayed at Sheraton in mecca before and was amazed by their customer care. the staff at sheraton jabal kaaba went above and beyond during a recent wedding celebration. their location near the mosque, with a tunnel and lift, made it convenient. kudos to the friendly and supportive staff!

Bathroom was small.

We had an amazing experience at Sheraton. The room service was exceptional, especially thanks to Naeema, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She even arranged for a chef to prepare a dish that wasn't on the menu. The hotel is conveniently located near the Haram, just a 10-minute walk away. The property and facilities are fantastic, and the cleanliness of the hotel was the best we've seen in Makkah. We hope they maintain this standard in the future. The only area for improvement is the slow internet.

The wifi at the hotel was quite unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected and communicate with others, especially for work-related purposes. The faucet/bidet in our bathroom kept leaking, causing some inconvenience and requiring us to turn off the main valve to prevent flooding.

We stayed at the Sheraton Jabal Al Kaab for 5 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a short walk to the Holy Mosque. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we even got an early check-in. The room, a junior apartment with a view of the Haram, was spacious, modern, and clean. The housekeeping service, provided by Kiran Miah, was outstanding, always keeping the room fully stocked and immaculate. We also appreciated the complimentary golf cart rides to and from Al Haram. The staff, especially Nader Al Abdaly, was polite, helpful, and generous. Highly recommended!

Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible stay on a hill here. The room was spacious, clean and had great amenities including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities and a sitting area. The staff member who assisted us with our bags had a great smile and the room service was available 24/7. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath which were great facilities for leisure.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone as it offers free Wi-Fi, express check-in/ -out and in-room breakfast among other facilities to ensure convenience for their guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Masjid alharam, which was very convenient for my Umrah trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had facilities like a business center, and the cleanliness was top-notch.

I was disappointed to find that there was no golf cart service to drop off and pick up guests from Masjid alharam.
