The hotel is situated in a nice secluded area on a very steep hill, offering breathtaking views down to the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of options, and the restaurant is conveniently located near the hotel for easy access.

The shuttle bus service to nearby attractions could be improved with better scheduling and more comfortable transportation.

Amazing Service and Breathtaking Views

My recent stay at Mgallery in Patong was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! Loved the peaceful surroundings, it was like being in a natural paradise. the staff was really friendly and the views were breathtaking!

The location was a bit remote and it was hard to get taxis. the restaurant menu was a bit limited, but the quality was good.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and our experience was simply luxurious. the room was well, decorated and equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. We spent most of our time at the outdoor swimming pool which had a sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers. the Spa & Wellness Centre was top, notch and we enjoyed multiple treatments including a full body massage and body wraps.

The only minor issue we had was with the poolside snack bar. Although the food was delicious, the service was quite slow which was a bit frustrating.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the lovely balcony that offered beautiful views. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a good gym and nice pools. The location was perfect, right next to the most magical beach, Freedom Beach. Additionally, the staff were helpful in organizing taxis for us and the breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and accommodating, treating us like rockstars from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were absolutely spotless after being cleaned. The location was perfect, as it provided the convenience of being near the beach without being in the middle of the busy city. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was also a bonus, allowing us the freedom to explore without worrying about transportation costs. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
