Stayed at a hotel near to Prophet's Mosque. Excellent location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. The little touches like a fruit bowl in the room and extra dental kits were appreciated. The food, especially the Indian Thali, was delicious. The pillows were firm, just the way I like them. Oberoi Madina is definitely a 5-star hotel, deserving more than 5 stars. The staff were well-trained and anticipated all our needs. The building is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Kudos to the management for their excellent work.

Location was great close to the holy mosque and shops. The free wifi was fast and reliable. We enjoyed the complimentary water bottles and daily room cleaning.

The small lobby was often crowded and uncomfortable to wait in. Staff spoke limited English and were not always able to understand or accommodate our requests.

The hotel was an ideal location, very close to the holy mosque. From the Mugal restaurant, we had a great view of the mosque. The rooms were exceptionally clean with luxurious amenities and the housekeeping team was efficient. The breakfast was exceptional with a varied and good quality buffet. The valet parking was a hassle, and cars were parked in front of the main hotel lobby door, causing difficulties in moving in and out of the hotel.

Our recent stay at a hotel near the haram was amazing. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the mosque. Despite some noises from neighboring rooms and ongoing construction, the hotel staff were more than helpful and accommodating. One particular staff member, Jamil, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This allows for easy access to the mosque, especially for ladies. the hotel is near the haram, providing convenience for guests. The room amenities are great, with coffee machines, water, and boilers that are replenished daily. The housekeeping service is also commendable, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay for guests.
