We had a pleasant experience staying at the Velvet Hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even serving breakfast in our room during Ramadan. They also provided helpful information and assisted us with contacting the rental company. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the hotel had good internet connectivity and a convenient location, within walking distance of a Bin Dawood store.

The hotel had amazing facilities and amenities, perfect for backpackers. The staff were cooperative and the room was ready upon arrival. The location was convenient and the room accommodated my family well. The swimming pool was fantastic and there was even a jacuzzi. highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a shopping mall, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortably furnished with good lighting and nice bathroom amenities. The breakfast is good with a decent selection of items to choose from.

The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, which may cause disturbances from noisy neighboring guests.

Our stay at Velvet Hotel was exceptional, with modern and spacious rooms featuring top-notch technology and a great wifi connection. Despite a small gym, we found the equipment to be functional. The staff was amazing, especially Mahmoud who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place! The location on the main highway made it easy to get around and we appreciated the excellent room service and housekeeping. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful services. The leisure spa & wellness center was a highlight of our stay, especially the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and full body massage. The buffet breakfast was delicious with special diet menus and a lovely poolside snack bar.

We'd definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

Great location and good value for the price. the room was clean and comfortable, with a reliable Wi-Fi connection. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We appreciated the complementary coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the free parking for hotel guests.

The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. the gym was very small and outdated, with only a few pieces of equipment that were not well maintained.
