As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the inn. The staff was extra nice and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The delicious and fresh breakfast was a great way to start our day of trekking. The comfortable and cozy room, along with the excellent quality bedding, provided us with a restful night's sleep. The spacious and newly renovated bathroom was a welcomed bonus. The sitting area outside our room, with its abundant provision of gourmet tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of trekking. The natural setting of the hotel added to its quaint and charming ambiance. Being only 30-45 minutes away from ski resorts made it an ideal location for a quiet getaway.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the TV in the room was quite small, and there was no desk for my computer, so I had to use the nightstand.

The room lighting was too dim for reading at night and the air conditioner vents were visibly dirty. the chair in the room was narrow and not very comfortable for getting dressed.

Lovely room with a cozy fireplace and a jacuzzi bath, despite some minor issues. The Artisan restaurant served absolutely wonderful food. The breakfast was hot, personalized, and served well. I'll recommend this hotel.
