The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city centre and close to the lake. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the local culinary scene. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options.

Some of the staff seemed less attentive to our needs, which affected the overall experience.

During my recent stay at Mona Plaza, I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and location of the hotel. The family room I booked was spacious and perfect for my children. The staffed playroom provided endless entertainment for the little ones, while the pool was a hit for the whole family. The food at the a la carte restaurant was delicious, and the friendly and welcoming staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when my children wanted to explore Zlatibor. Unfortunately, the reception staff didn't have a map to offer us.
