The hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions and close to the waterfront. It had a friendly and cosy atmosphere, with a staff that went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms were clean and modern, and the breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options, including homemade foods and fresh veggies. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a helpful guest relations manager and high-quality windows to minimize noise from the busy streets.

The hotel isn't situated in the most attractive part of town, but it still felt safe and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

We stayed at a hotel during Thanksgiving and they had complimentary fruit and water in our room which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the thick of things making it easy to get around quickly. We also enjoyed the large and clean rooms that had all the amenities we needed.

Our experience was marred by miscommunication about payment. the hotel's website gave misleading information about prepayment, which left us unable to access our funds.

The hotel is situated near the city centre, making it easy to explore and is just steps away from the airport shuttle bus stop and central bus station. The generous buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, I appreciated that the hotel strictly enforced a no-smoking policy, unlike many other properties in the area. The limited parking availability. There were only three parking slots, which were always occupied.
