The resort was absolutely beautiful with stunning ocean views and a private beach. The villa was bright and spacious, and we loved enjoying the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, and we appreciated the privacy of the outdoor shower. The staff, especially Kavi and Ahmed, were professional and friendly, and the concierge arranged our trips seamlessly. The resort's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Anse Lazio beach and Vallée de mai.

Although the overall service was good, we noticed a few areas that could be improved. Some staff members did not consistently address us by name or acknowledge both guests equally.

The breakfast options are delicious and satisfying. The facilities, such as the panoramic view villas and the beachfront chaise longue, add to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Some staff members may require additional training in certain areas, leading to small inconveniences for guests.

The villa itself was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking ocean view. The private pool was just the right size, making my stay perfect in every way. Complimentary breakfast and transport to and from the hotel were nice touches. the location was excellent, with easy access to a beautiful beach and other key attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities.

The meal plan was confusing, and we ended up paying extra for things we thought were included. the prices for extras like soft drinks and massages were very high.

The villa at Raffles in Praslin was perfect for a disabled traveler like me. The private pool and stunning sea view made it a dream vacation spot. The large terrace and big TV were great for relaxing and entertainment. The onsite yoga, spa, and fitness facilities were incredible additions to the overall comfort of my stay. The attentive staff, especially the buggy drivers, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience.
