Clean apartment with helpful staff, near tube station and Orchard Road. Special mention to Zoe, JoJo, and Stanley for their warm welcome and assistance. Enjoyed the pool and convenient location for walking and accessing MRT. Tea and coffee readily available. Great stay overall!

During our stay at Novotel, we were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always polite, professional, and friendly, making us feel welcome from the beginning. We were also delighted by the welcome pack and the daily replenishment of bottled water. The availability of 24-hour coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to public transport, shopping malls, supermarkets, and a variety of eateries. we had a great experience at Novotel and would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling Scotts Road. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I especially loved the comfortable beds and sofas, as well as the well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge and double stove. The complimentary box of food and goodies left in the apartment was a lovely touch. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located serviced apartment. The location was fantastic - so close to the underground, which made travelling very easy. We were also pleased to find a local supermarket in the neighbourhood, perfect for grabbing any essentials we needed. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a convenient washing machine and fridge. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety and we enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal.

Enjoyed our New Year stay at a luxurious hotel which was ideally situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access different places. The staff was very accommodating and offered us free coffee and tea throughout our stay. the pool area was immaculate and well-maintained.

the lifts were quite slow, and there were no USB points in the plug sockets, which proved to be a bit of an inconvenience.
