I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of an amazing city. The location was perfect for exploring the local culture and markets. I loved the authentic experience of being in China. The value for money was excellent, and the room exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel even upgraded our room to accommodate our family, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were impressive. Additionally, the hotel offered nightly dessert, which was a nice touch. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious dim sum, and breakfast was enjoyable. Despite encountering a minor issue with the blocked drain in one of the shower rooms, the housekeeping staff swiftly resolved the situation. I highly recommend this warm and cozy hotel for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location with lots of food choices and morning market nearby. Good taxi service with reasonable prices. Luxurious room and comfortable bed. Walking distance to shopping and eateries. Hotel staff speaks foreign languages. Close to night markets. Complimentary white fungus in room. Staff speaks Chaozhou dialect for easy communication.

The hotel has a convenient location near a bay, making it easy to go for a walk and enjoy the scenery. The upstairs rotating restaurant offers magnificent views of the city and allows guests to enjoy their meals in a unique setting. Additionally, the staff's professionalism and friendliness, especially the Guest Relation Officer and Assistant manager, contribute to a pleasant stay.

The hotel is not near any shopping malls.

Arriving at this hotel, I was impressed with the luxurious amenities offered. the room had exclusive advantages, with a fine dining restaurant and a well-stocked bar/lounge area. the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I particularly enjoyed taking advantage of the private facilities available, including the sauna and health club.

While it was convenient to have access to the night markets, the hotel was not located right by the bay as I had hoped.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision! the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the location was key - we were able to easily access shops, restaurants and markets.

The room was a bit on the small side and didn't have much of a view, but that didn't take away from our overall experience at this hotel.
