my stay at aerotel singapore was so disappointing, it’s hard to believe they charged my card before I even checked in, with zero consideration for my confusion. added to that, I had to deal with a broken hot water kettle, which was obviously too much for housekeeping to notice. I almost thought about giving it a good review, but just couldn’t.

We loved jumping straight into the pool after our long-haul flight, it was such a relaxing surprise! The sunbeds around the pool and the available free coffee in the restaurant made our stay feel extra special. One of the bedsheets had a little hole, but it didn't take away from the overall good vibes—check carefully for little details like that! 🌊

The outdoor pool was awesome for relaxing after exploring places like the Gardens by the Bay and the Cloud Forest. Super clean rooms and friendly staff made everything easy. I accidentally booked for 6 hours. Would definitely come back!

I had a long layover and decided to crash here for a while the room was clean and they offered me a really comfy bed that helped me recover from my exhaustion. The staff was friendly and actually refused tips which I found charming in a way like they were more focused on making sure I was comfortable than just making a quick buck.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what I got it was still acceptable and a good way to make the most of a long wait.

staying here was a delight with the beautiful Shiseido Forest Valley just a few steps away and the incredible food options like Wang Cafe and Starbucks right around the corner, making it so easy to grab a quick bite before heading out to explore the nearby Water Lily Garden and other lush parks.

the staff made check in super easy and gave us extra time in our room. the ac was really cold in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

The hotel was super clean, and the beds were so comfy. We loved hanging out by the pool, especially with the drinks included. My mom enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere while we waited for our flight.

My kids wished for more grooming items in the bathroom.

One downside was that I could hear my neighbor on the phone while trying to sleep, so I'd suggest bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
