The location in the heart of the new quarter of City Walk was perfect for our business needs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment. The quality of the breakfast exceeded our expectations, providing a great start to our day.

The rooftop infinity pool provided stunning views of the city, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring City Walk's many popular destinations. The Illy espresso maker in the room was a nice touch. I highly recommend this Autograph Collection hotel.

The location couldn't be better, with a plethora of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also conveniently close to the airport. The modern room design is comfortable and spacious, complete with all the necessary amenities such as a great bathroom. In addition, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything, ensuring great service throughout.

Despite the great location and design of the rooms, the breakfast options could be improved to meet every guest's expectations.

Our stay was a romantic escape and we loved it! The complementary upgrade to the one bedroom apartment was a nice surprise. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also enjoyed the fast and efficient valet parking service.

We did notice a slight unpleasant smell in the hallway near the elevator on the first floor. We mentioned it to the manager and he promised to address the issue as soon as possible.

We had an amazing time here at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect as it is situated near multiple restaurants and is central to everything we wanted to see and do, including the City Walk area. The service was exceptional, with options like car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and shuttle service available to us, making our stay very comfortable. The room amenities were of high quality and provided us with all we needed for a pleasant stay, including a terrace and in-room safe. The staff were kind enough to give us a late check-out, too!

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a luxurious spa lounge, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace which fulfilled my needs for relaxation. The room advantages were exceptional, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location advantages were also great as it was just a few steps away from the popular CityWalk area.

The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong. However, this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Autograph Collection in Dubai. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and Dubai Mall. The personalized breakfast dishes prepared by Dasha were a wonderful touch and made me feel valued as a guest. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of cribs for toddlers and the presence of bed bugs, the overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, friendly staff, and personal touches. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
