The elevator occasionally broke down, but the staff was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

The room was well presented and more than adequate for my needs. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The area the hotel was located in had a lot of things to do. There were restaurants and bars to choose from that were within close distance to the hotel. the unique design of the rooms was also a plus.

The breakfast left something to be desired. It wasn't the best and could have used some improvement.

Comfy beds, nice view. Loved everything, great atmosphere and location. Large suite with coffee machine in foyer, simple breakfast, plenty to eat. Clean, stylish, modern, fantastic staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with freestanding bathtub. Nice touches, capsule coffee machine, complimentary minibar items. Would recommend.

The location of Ann Siang House was absolutely perfect! We were able to explore trendy restaurants, bars, and even a vinyl shop right below the hotel. There was never a dull moment in the area. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with unique furniture pieces, and we especially loved the Ashley & Co soaps and shampoos provided. The hot shower was a treat after a long day of exploring.

Our neighbors were quite noisy at odd hours, which was a bit frustrating. We had to ask them multiple times to keep the noise down.

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Convenient location in Chinatown. Wide beds, nice bathroom design, great water pressure. Free coffee, tea, snacks, and drinks including alcohol. Friendly staff. Complimentary food and drinks on the first level.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location and accessibility to everywhere via the MRT. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, with comfy beds and a touch of luxury. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. We particularly appreciated the use of the Google phone provided, which allowed us to navigate the city without paying roaming fees on our own phones.
