We loved the elegant premises and relaxing atmosphere at Carlton City Hotel. The polite and friendly staff made our stay even better. The spacious and perfectly clean room was a pleasure to come back to after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, close to Chinatown, Maxwell food court, Clarke Quay, and Marina Bay. With easy access to bus and metro lines, we were able to reach all the attractions we wanted to visit. The Ez link card made transportation cheap and convenient. We also enjoyed the nice pool area for sunbathing and the shady terrace for relaxation. we had a wonderful week and felt it was good value for the money.

We had a great stay here; the location is exceptional, right next to everything we needed, and just a short walk to Chinatown and the financial district. We appreciated the helpful staff at the reception desk, who assisted and accommodated our requests throughout our stay. The spacious rooms were kept clean with excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool with sun loungers and the delicious meals served at the dining restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay here with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the attentive staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service that made us feel truly pampered.
