The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help with little things, like borrowing a mouse for my laptop. The included breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, especially the waffles!

the shower door wasn’t properly waterproofed.

i hardly know where to begin, the maids must not have come in, as five cleaning carts were just lounging in the hallway. additionally, I expected a room upgrade after everything, but alas, just a handicap room. no one bothered to help me with towels—just absoluteley unmatched service! almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Absolutely loved the quick access to washers and dryers, such a lifesaver! Plus, the location was perfect with tons of dining options nearby. Those waffles for breakfast? Total game-changer!

The shower was quite slippery—might need a lifeguard on duty! Also, I’d suggest not inverting your body wash mid-shower. it’s like a slippery soap ballet!

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was spotless and beautifully designed, making our stay very comfortable! We absolutely loved the buffet breakfast, with plenty of delicious options that got our day off to a great start. The outdoor swimming pool was inviting, and while we didn't get a chance to swim, it added a nice touch to our experience!
