Our stay at Citadines Mount Sophia was exceptional. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing stay. The separate living area and kitchen were a great addition. The shower was spacious and bright, making it a pleasure to use. The lobby had a modern feel and the aromatherapy fragrance was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi service was reliable and much needed during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, with three MRT stations just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient to travel around. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any queries or requests. I especially appreciated their help in finding taxis and money exchanges. The surrounding area had a good selection of eating options, and there was even a grocery store nearby. I also liked the fact that they provided a Handy Phone, which I used extensively during my travels. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, just as advertised. Our toddler loved the room, especially the ledge near the windows. The staff was helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist us with our requests. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping our room nice and tidy. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to different MRTs. It's also convenient for those who prefer using buses, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. We also appreciated the hotel's amenities such as the free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and well-equipped kitchen.

This hotel has a great location, with easy access to the MRT station and close proximity to many attractions. Guests can easily take a Grab ride for around 10 USD to reach various places of interest. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with the cleaning staff doing a thorough job. Additionally, the hotel provides condo-style accommodations with a kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if desired.

Some guests have experienced issues with certain amenities not being replenished, such as hand soap and tea/coffee sachets.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the pool was a big plus. the location is great as it is near shops and restaurants, and only a short walk away from transportation. the rooms were tidy and comfy, with a beautiful view of the city.
