This place had an incredible location, easy walking distance to the train station which made getting around a breeze! The hot bath on the 12th floor was just what I needed to unwind after all the exploring, it was quiet and provided some much-needed peace amidst the city's buzz! !

It wasn’t cheap, but it still met my standards.

The rooftop sauna was a perfect way to unwind after exploring Tokyo, and I truly enjoyed the generous breakfast options despite the limited seating. The vibrant local dining scene added to the experience.

Fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, surrounded by countless eateries and shops. The room was bright and clean, featuring a large window that offered a refreshing view. The rooftop spa was a perfect retreat after exploring the city, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times and lacked some modern conveniences like USB ports. The Bernese fries from the nearby eatery were a delightful treat as well.

Location was heaps good, just a short walk to the train station. Bathhouse was a sweet way to unwind, but the breakfast variety could've been better, eh?

the corner room was perfectly suited for our family of three, great bugdet-friendly option. the air conditioner was really loud and uncomfortable at night.

The rooftop onsen? Bless your heart, that was a heavenly spot to soak after a long day! The staff were real sweethearts and even brought us fresh pajamas each night, which was a nice touch. If only the air conditioning wasn’t quite so noisy at times, that woulda made it perfect.

the beds felt out of shape, making it tough for me to sleep. on the bright side, the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of cold and hot dishes, the rooftop onsen was a great way to relax after a long day, and the staff was friendly and eager to help.

Had a lovely twin room with ample space for our bags! The rooftop spa and public bath were amazing after a busy day. I could even watch the sky as I soaked. Super close to the subway and food options, too.

But good grief, if I wanted a sauna experience with time management skills, I’d have signed up for a reality show! The public bath was a bit too cramped for comfort, definitely not for the shy ones!

The room was a bit of a squeeze. playing Tetris with luggage was a workout!

Stayed for 5 nights and had a great time! ! The location is perfect for getting out and about in the evening when the area really comes alive with bars and cafes. I even stumbled upon some lively street event with local dancing and food stalls, which was a nice surprise!

the only downside was the limited space at the lobby area (it was a bit cramped! ). but the location was fantastic, just 5 minutes from the train station. the sky spa was a lovely retreat and the friendly staff made our stay wonderful! !

It was just a good pick for an overnight stay in Tokyo with very good value for money. The breakfast options were decent, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a budget spot. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast so you don’t miss out.
