The hotel's location is perfect, being very close to everything. It is not far from Downtown and just in front of the Sultan's Mosque. it is conveniently located by bus stops, making it very connected. The staff provides great service and is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and offer privacy, with amenities like air conditioning and towels. The breakfast is sufficient with a variety of options available.

The bathrooms can get dirty quickly due to the number of people staying there.

The capsule rooms are spacious with full-featured amenities, such as a mirror, fold-up table, small cabinet, safe.

There were occasional cleanliness issues with the bathrooms, especially when the hotel was crowded with tourists.

The shared bathrooms were not well-maintained and left me feeling uncomfortable. The lack of privacy in the capsules, with no blinds on the windows and the close proximity to other guests, made me feel like I was intruding on others' privacy.

We appreciated the sufficient lockers in the capsule for our personal valuables. the individual toilets and shower rooms on the second storey meant there was no need to queue up. the variety of breakfast served was impressive, with staples, cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs, raw ones. the staff were helpful and even washed the dishes for us. Despite the nearby mosque announcing the 5.30am prayer time, the guests we stayed with were well-mannered.

I had a fantastic stay at the Cube Boutique Capsule Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist and food spots in Kg Glam & Hj Lane. The capsule size was spacious and not at all confining. The shower facilities were great, providing a much-needed refreshing experience after a day out in the hot sun. The breakfast spread, though not extensive, had a good variety of cereals, breads, fruits. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
