Great central location, excellent staff providing helpful advice on local sightseeing and shopping. Front desk staff, especially 'Anna' and Nen, were exceptional. Convenient money changing and shopping options nearby. Excellent Mass Transit System at the bottom of the road. Late flight accommodation, with luggage storage and access to shower facilities, was a huge plus. Early check-in was possible, which was perfect for my early arrival. The friendliness and special treatment from Laarni, our front desk officer, made us feel like royalty. Walking distance to Mt E Hospital, Paragon, Lucky Plaza, Orchid Area, Far East, Scotts Road. Room amenities included an iron, and our room was upgraded to a Deluxe with twin beds by Ashokan.

It was just a short walk to Orchard Road, where we found all the shops we needed for our shopping spree. Despite being tucked away at the end of a road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay without the noise of passing traffic.

Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool area, it looked inviting and well-maintained. We also appreciated the "snack room" concept, where we could use our room key to access complimentary coffee, tea, juices, and snacks to enjoy in our room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the free room upgrade and the spacious bathroom. The location was great, just a short walk from Orchard Road and the MRT, making it easy to explore the city. we had a comfortable stay.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, toiletries and facilities were good. The outdoor gym and pool were great, surrounded by tropical gardens. The meals had limited choices but were well executed. Reception and doorman service were courteous and helpful. Free mobile phone provided was a bonus.
