We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our room at Fairmont. The spacious and comfortable bed made for a restful stay. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area, with a great mall and restaurants nearby. The newly renovated room was a nice touch and we enjoyed a wide selection of movies on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Efficient check-in process and friendly staff. The filtered water tap in the room was a great addition. The hotel's efforts in reducing single-use plastic were commendable - no plastic toiletries or minibar items. The location was convenient, being close to a mall and the train station. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries provided were of good quality. I would recommend this hotel for a nice short stay.

The front desk tried to upsell an upgrade at check-in, which I found tacky. the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, making it uncomfortable at times.

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to major shopping centres and within walking distance of a convention and exhibition centre. Guests can relax in public areas like two swimming pools. The rooms provide excellent views of the city and come with spacious bathrooms and great service. Additionally, the breakfast is a delicious and well-rounded experience with plenty of variety.

The room's shower head and TV channels could use some improvement.

The double room facilities were great for our family of 3+1, allowing us to spend quality time together. The room had two twin beds and an extra bed, perfect for our needs. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary cake upon arrival, celebrating our anniversary. Breakfast at Pregos and in-room dining options were excellent. The hotel's location in Raffles City provided easy access to a variety of dining choices.

Centrally located with MRT station and shopping malls nearby. Attentive and friendly staff upgraded our room. Sumptuous buffet breakfast with entertainment for children. Beautiful rooms with high-quality amenities. Appreciated the use of the dedicated lounge after checking out.
