Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. The parking facility saved us time and money. we had a comfortable stay. One small drawback was the TV arrangement, which was a bit strange. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was a slight misunderstanding regarding a reduction for an evening meal that wasn't properly addressed by the check-in staff.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, even surprising me with champagne for my birthday. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the old city, with a bedroom overlooking a beautiful square. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. the cleanliness, facilities, parking, and transportation were all top-notch, making it easy to explore this city.

The room was clean and comfortable. the location was great, right in the center and close to all the attractions and restaurants. the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. They provided great recommendations for things to do and made sure all our service requests were taken care of quickly.

The carpets in the room were dirty and in need of a deep clean or replacement. It was a bit disappointing to see ripped sheer curtains in the room as well.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in the center of Dresden. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Altstadt on a huge square surrounded by beautifully reconstructed buildings. We were thrilled to be opposite the beautiful Frauen Kirche and Martin Luther statue. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast, which was included in the room price. this hotel provided us with a fantastic experience in this city.

Best aspects were the stunning view of the Frauenkirche and the excellent location in the heart of the city. Being able to walk to all the major attractions was a huge plus. Also, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only downside was that the air conditioning system was not very effective. Even on the highest setting, the room still felt warm at night.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right across from the beautiful Frauenkirche and within walking distance of the main attractions, river side, and restaurants. The top corner rooms, like #513, offer a preferable view. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated with modern design. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is professional and friendly.

The cleaning staff sometimes entered the room before guests were ready, which can be inconvenient.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location at the beautiful Frauenkirche plaza was perfect, and the modern interior design was tastefully done. I especially loved the floor lamps in the lobby. It was a joy to take evening strolls in the plaza, grab dinner, and indulge in some delicious ice cream while admiring the storefronts in this upscale area of town. The staff, though mostly incompetent, had one exceptional receptionist lady who was incredibly helpful. We had a fantastic time at the hotel, which is located right in the heart of everything. The Xmas market, great restaurants, and the vibrant Neustadt bars are all within a short walk. The hotel itself is beautiful, with impeccable cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the overall experience was wonderful.
