As young people, we loved the hotel staff's considerate service and attention to detail. The spacious rooms and ample bath area were a plus. The location was convenient, with easy access to ION and the MRT station. The complimentary amenities at the family pool on the 20th floor, like fruit sticks, Yakult, and water, were a nice touch.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the Orchard neighborhood. The location was excellent - only a short walk away from all the malls in Orchard Road. The rooms were spacious and equipped with top-notch amenities, including a beautiful and big bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed the complimentary birthday cake and chocolates that were provided. Despite not having a bar service by the pool, the staff were accommodating in providing pool noodles and floats for guests to use.

There were some issues with the breakfast service. While there were many staff members present, they did not seem to pay enough attention to refilling empty juice and milk bottles or fruit bowls.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially the pool staff, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make me happy. They even changed my water every time the ice started melting and spoiled me with cold tea and mango jelly. The room was spacious and beautiful, and it was cleaned twice a day to perfection. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is very near Orchard Road and the MRT. The facilities were great, and I especially loved the breakfast. The attention to detail and the personalized service truly made my stay excellent. I will definitely be back!

The breakfast offerings could be improved by clearly communicating the number of guests included, as there was a miscommunication between the booking website and the hotel regarding breakfast for our children. However, the staff graciously honored our request and included breakfast for them.

We had a fantastic stay at the top class hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to help us when my husband left his passport in a taxi, they quickly tracked it down and returned it to us. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had beautiful Christmas decorations and even gave us a gingerbread house as a gift. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
