Staff surprised my daughter with birthday cakes!

I faced significant issues with the check-in process. Arriving at 1 PM, I was told my room wasn't ready and was advised to wait until 3 PM. After lunch, I returned at 3 PM only to find my room still unavailable, which forced me to push for it since I had an event to attend. Eventually, I got the room at 4:30 PM, leaving me no time to freshen up or settle in. The delay and lack of communication about room functionality were frustrating.

The Four Seasons excels in personalized service and comfort. The turndown service, along with thoughtful touches like chilled water at the pool, was much appreciated. Gym facilities are top-notch, and even though breakfast can be crowded, the variety of gluten-free options more than makes up for it. However, brighter lighting for the makeup area would enhance the experience.

the room was lovely, but the check-in process was just dreadful. and then, breakfast was beyond crowded. with so many guests, you'd think they would improve that situation. I almost thought about giving a stellar review, but just couldn’t. not worth a 10.

the rooms were spacious with a huge tv two toilets and an amazing bathroom the shower pressure was strong and perfect for those who prefer showers over baths location was great just a short stroll to orchard station

the service at four seasons was remarkable. everyone from the doorman to the concierge made us feel at home. the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection, and the pool area was a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring nearby theatres and shops.

some aspects, like drink prices, could improve. 😅

We had an amazing time at the hotel,, especially when they surprised us with a beautiful balloon and soft toy in our room for our kid,, it made her day. The staff really went the extra mile,, and we loved enjoying the delicious food at One Ninety,, I must say the birthday celebration dinner was memorable!

It wasn't the most affordable stay,, but honestly it was worth every cent.
