We had such an incredible stay here! The location was perfect, right next to a mall with plenty of restaurant options and only a short drive to Miller Park. We loved the quality of service, especially the room service and car hire and the laundry and dry cleaning services were so convenient. Our room was lovely with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and even garden furniture! We thoroughly enjoyed the dining at the restaurant and really appreciated the welcome drink at the bar. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were fantastic and we also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Free Wi-Fi and express check-in/-out were also great amenities.

Highly recommend this place to everyone! It was clear that the staff did their best to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and we truly look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at Sheraton in Brookfield. The newly renovated rooms are spacious and clean, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The Craft Room restaurant was a highlight, with a diverse menu and a fantastic selection of craft beers. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As my sister and I traveled for a funeral, the staff at this hotel were incredibly sensitive and welcoming. They even recommended a quieter location for us. The indoor decor was appealing and the public areas were warm and user-friendly. The buffet breakfast on the weekend was busy but had delicious fresh cut fruit and real bacon/sausage. The service overall was great, and the indoor pool, fitness room, and weight room were clean and attractive. The hotel also had a cool gift shop with a very kind shop lady. The food, both from room service and the dining hall, was amazing, and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean and I slept well. The bar and restaurant were friendly, and the food was good. Molly at reservations was especially helpful.

Great pool for kids and adults, with a shallow end for little ones and a deep end for older ones. Super comfortable beds, it was hard to leave them in the morning.

The layout of the hotel was confusing and inconvenient. It was difficult to navigate from one wing to another, and some doors didn't work properly.

Joellen at the front desk was fantastic and allowed us to check in early so our kids could use the pool. The pool itself was clean and had warm water, perfect for our little ones. We even had the pool to ourselves! The hotel's location was great, being close to many restaurants and just a short distance from the zoo. the staff and facilities exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Brookfield for a week-long business trip. The concierge facilities were top-notch, making my stay hassle-free. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The cleanliness of the sheets and the comfort of the bed made for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a warm welcome whenever I entered or exited the building. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bathroom mirror was a nice touch for getting ready.

The staff was fantastic, allowing us to check in early and honoring our request for a room close to the pool. The pool itself was clean and the water was warm. We had the pool to ourselves and there were plenty of clean towels. It was a great staycation for our family.
