The hotel's restaurants, especially Alma, provided a fantastic dining experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the pool area was peaceful and secluded. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and transportation. The hotel has a charming, old-world atmosphere that adds to its appeal.

The fitness room is quite small and lacks sauna or hot bath facilities.

We loved the helpful staff who accommodated our needs, the in-house mobile phone with internet and international calling, the upgrade to a deluxe balcony poolside room, and the hotel's great location close to shopping centers.

We recently stayed at Goodwood Park in Singapore for 4 days. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service. The staff, especially Aqil, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. The hotel's proximity to Orchard Road and Newton Circus hawker centre was perfect for shopping and trying local food. The two pools were a great addition and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of Western and Asian dishes. We also enjoyed the high tea in the lobby. Goodwood Park provided a unique and enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Goodwood Park! The newly refurbished room was spacious and had great storage space. The gym was well-equipped, and I loved that they provided headphones. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff brought coffee to the table. The hotel's location near Orchard St. was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only downside was the noise from a neighboring room party, but the staff should have better managed this. Additionally, some areas of the hotel could use a refurbishment.

My husband and I stayed at this charming hotel for a few days. The staff were accommodating in providing a non-smoking room with an ashtray, allowing my husband to smoke on the balcony without disturbing me. The Gordon Grill staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday lunch unforgettable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a cake from the hotel's patisserie. The hotel has maintained its colonial ambiance and is conveniently located near popular shopping areas. The friendly and informative taxi drivers added to the overall experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, willing to accommodate room changes. The pastry shop had delicious durian cakes and rolls. The restaurant served great food. The rooms in the Parklane Split Level Suite were beautifully designed and well-equipped, with a spacious balcony and high-speed Wi-Fi.

We had an unforgettable new year vacation at this hotel. the fireworks show was amazing and the complimentary champagne was a great touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the pool area was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets.

The room we stayed in had a strong paint smell, making it uncomfortable to breathe. some of the facilities were dated and in need of repair.
