Staying here was a great experience. We enjoyed the location being nearby to bustling department stores, yet it was a quiet place in the city center. The service was outstanding, as we received great customer service from all staff who were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The amenities were exceptional, such as the leisure spa & wellness center with sauna, full body massage, and foot massage. The rooftop pool was a great spot to swim and relax, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, while the game room was a fun place to hang out.

This place is perfect for families as it offers board games, children's pool, and children's buffet. We highly recommend this venue for family vacations.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with staff always ready to help and provide efficient service. They were quick to address any issues, such as a problem with the safe box. I also appreciated the complimentary handphone and free local and international call service provided. The dinner and lunch at the executive lounge were another highlight of my stay.

While the hotel and room were a little dated, the overall experience was still enjoyable. However, I did notice some shoddy workmanship in the bathrooms, particularly with the tiling.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We appreciated the Indian restaurant Tandoor in the hotel building, as well as the comfortable rooms and good service. Though the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was varied and delicious. we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn.

The hotel had a very convenient location, being close to the main shopping street and several major shopping centres on Orchard Road. The staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities were great, including a rooftop pool and executive club. Despite being close to the busy street, the rooms were well-insulated and quiet.

The dining area lacked windows and didn't give a luxurious feel to the dining experience.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops and the MRT. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is included in the rate.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 1-minute walk to Orchard Road. The pool is great with a 25m section for swimmers and a separate area for playing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious enough for two adults and two children. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The breakfast options are plentiful with a special corner for young children. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and a box of chocolates upon arrival which was a very nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were many great restaurants and bars nearby. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room which made our stay even more special.

We did find that the breakfast options could have been better. The selection was a bit limited for a 5-star hotel.

Great food and restaurant staff. Loved the package deal with free kids' dinner. Awesome pool and jacuzzi.

The Holiday Inn was in an excellent location, with plenty of nearby eating options, including Indian restaurants. It was also very close to Orchard MRT and the information centre at Orchard Road, which was very helpful. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to detail. They allowed us to check in early, even though the rooms were fully booked, which was a great relief with our three kids. The rooms were spacious and equipped with modern amenities, and the housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient. Free WiFi was also provided in the rooms.

We loved the superb location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic.
