We loved the hotel's location very close to the Ponte Vecchio. It was just a short walk away from the Santa Trinita bridge, making it easy for us to explore this beautiful city. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with amazing facilities that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Alfieri for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a short walk to the Cathedral and within walking distance to all the major tourist sites. The room was clean and though small, it was comfortable enough for two people. The river view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the cappuccinos were delicious. a wonderful place to stay.

We loved how close this hotel was to all the key places to visit in old Florence. Everything was within a 10-15 minute walk, making it very convenient. Additionally, there were some amazing restaurants nearby that were just a stone's throw away. The hotel's location next to the river provided a beautiful view, and watching the sunset from our room or the rooftop terrace was a highlight. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was lovely.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated near the main attractions, alongside the river and the chic shopping area. You can easily walk to many tourist destinations and shopping areas. Some reviews praise the spacious and well-decorated rooms with new furniture, equipment, big closets, and luxurious amenities like large screen TV, iron and ironing board. In some rooms, guests have enjoyed beautiful murals on the ceilings and gorgeous French doors. The breakfast buffet has many choices from the Foody Farm restaurant.

Some visitors had encountered poor customer service, like not being able to get their AC fixed or not getting dinner reservations.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, right on the beautiful Arno riverside. I could enjoy the stunning views and even walk to the city center from here. Being right in front of the Trinity bridge was also a big plus. The hotel is situated on the same street as many luxury brand stores, so shopping was very convenient. The service provided by the staff at the reception desk was top-notch. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Moreover, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious ambiance. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, added to the convenience and enhanced my overall experience. I also appreciated the in-room breakfast option, as it allowed me to enjoy a delicious meal in the comfort of my own room.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families, as it provides excellent services and amenities for a comfortable stay.

This hotel was superb! the location was hard to beat. It was situated right on the Arno river with a view over the beautiful Vecchio bridge. Additionally, it was within walking distance of all the sites and surrounded by high-end shops. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the rooms had everything we needed, including a perfect view of the river. Lastly, breakfast was served in a gorgeous room with yet another beautiful river view.

All aspects of this hotel were excellent!

This place is located right in front of the Trinity bridge where I could watch the best view of Vecchio bridge. Also, it is in amongst all the main attractions of the city. The quality of room amenities like ironing facilities and electric kettle were very satisfying. The staff both at the reception desk and in the breakfast hall were amazing with great customer service. The leisure sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxation.

They also ensured the security of the hotel was top-notch. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near Ponte Vecchio and all of the major attractions in Florence. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.

The location of Palazzo Alfieri was absolutely fantastic, with all major attractions within easy walking distance. And the best part was the Roof Terrace, offering breathtaking views over the city. The spacious and impeccably clean room was a delight, with beautiful high painted ceilings. The complimentary bottle of Chianti was a lovely touch. The breakfast was simply amazing, with the best variety of both hot and cold items compared to other hotels in Italy. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a small bathroom and a tiny elevator, the overall experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.
