This hotel offers great value for money, with its prime location along the waterfront in Ouchy. The rooms are nicely situated just in front of the lake, providing wonderful views. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities, like tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, are a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel offers direct access to the wonderful Swiss transport system, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast, included in the price, is a treat with its beautiful view.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Port in Lausanne for a few days. The hotel is well-built with quiet rooms and solid doors, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, right opposite the lake with cafes and other amenities nearby. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the discount at the public parking nearby, making it convenient for guests with cars. a great experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with immediate access to the lake, boating, lakeside walks, restaurants, and metro. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is clean and updated. The breakfasts are delightful, with a lovely fruit salad and excellent quality food. I also enjoyed the free metro and bus tickets during my stay.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the complementary hot chocolate and biscuits available in the hotel lobby. The hotel was situated near the lake and the metro station, making it very easy to explore the area. the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding cityscape which I enjoyed.

Sadly, the noise on the street below made it difficult to sleep at night, and the lack of proper soundproofing in the building did not help. the unstable WiFi on the second floor was a huge inconvenience, and made it hard to stay connected during my stay.
