We loved the hotel's central location, just a short walk to two MRT stations and the beautiful riverside promenade leading to the Marina. There were plenty of dining options nearby, so we didn't need to pay for breakfast at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The location was superb, within walking distance of Clarke and Boat Quay, Chinatown, and the city centre. The breakfast area was small but had a nice atmosphere, and the crusty rolls and Danish pastries were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The shops on site were convenient for picking up essentials. The room amenities were great including the mini-bar and in-room safe.

Our recent Easter break was great. the hotel was in a fantastic location, close to all the action with great access to public transport. the fact that we were able to enjoy a complimentary coffee every morning before starting our day really made a difference. the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary late checkout which allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without worrying about our luggage.

The room itself was smaller than expected and the safe didn't work properly for the first few nights. We also weren't happy when our room was missed by the cleaning staff one day.

We had a great stay at Bencoolen At Hong Kong Street. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance or a short ride on the nearby MTR. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice street view. the bathroom was clean and the twin beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the bonus of having a pool on the fifth floor, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast offered was basic but sufficient. we highly recommend this property for a pleasant stay in the city.
