The room at Hotel Mi Bencoolen was super cozy and had everything I needed for a chill stay. The bed was like a cloud, and the view from the window was amazing!

I personally would've preferred a bigger bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with the location. It's in a great spot, just a few steps away from the MRT and close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, there's a train station literally a minute away. The service was also excellent. Housekeeping did a great job and the staff was always available to answer any questions I had. The room amenities were also great, including cold air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. I was able to relax in the garden furniture, watch TV, and make a hot cup of tea.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. The rooms might be a bit small, but the location and service more than make up for it.

The small bathroom was nice, and we had some great nights here. it's a fantastic city hotel for exploring Singapore.

What a fantastic hotel experience! the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms were surprisingly spacious and modern with a great design that made a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the hotel offered a free smartphone that allowed easy internet access wherever I went, making it much easier for me to find my way around.

Although the staff was generally helpful, I found that they were somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing. the blinds in the room didn't provide enough privacy, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
