During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near Haji and Bali Lane where there were plenty of eateries to choose from, making it easy to find delicious meals. the Front Office Manager, Miss Hidayu, was efficient and polite during my check-in, making the process a breeze. the bed in my room was also firm but very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

the shower stall door in my room did not seal properly, causing water to escape every time I took a shower. This was quite inconvenient and led to a wet bathroom floor.

The rooftop gym and infinity pool offer stunning city views. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable. Conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to explore the city. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with MRT stations nearby and within walking distance to many popular attractions like Raffles, Bugis Street, and Marina Bay. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious.

Friendly staff, clean and well-equipped rooms with yummy complimentary cake for special occasions. The pool area has great views, and breakfast offers a variety of food with the option of made-to-order omelettes. Ideal location with easy access to restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The location was great for exploring the beautiful gardens at Marina bay and visiting the cafes in Arab street. The MRT station was conveniently nearby. Our room had a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine which made our stay more comfortable. The rooftop pool and views were also wonderful.

The bathroom sink's cold water-only faucet was inconveniently activated by a motion sensor and the shower had no curtain, leaving water all over the floor.

Room was clean and comfortable with quality fittings. Location next to Arab Quarter with good bar and restaurant choices. I would recommend this hotel.

the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, and the rooftop pool on the top floor offered breathtaking views of the Gardens by the Bay and all of Singapore. the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the Hop on Hop off red bus Singapore sightseeing stop. the staff was courteous and the free luggage storage was a great bonus. it was a fantastic experience.

I had an amazing stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road! The premium room with city views was a great upgrade. The Marina skyline was clearly visible and breathtaking. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and having two TVs in the room was a nice touch. The gym and pool were fantastic, with stunning views of the Marina skyline. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bugis MRT station and plenty of food and shopping options on Haji Lane/Arab St/Bussorah St. The staff were polite and the room was spacious at 45sqm. I have already recommended this place to my family and friends!

This hotel is in a prime area, very close to two MRT stations making it quite convenient for travelling around. The rooms have comfortable beds, a kitchenette and washing machine, with brilliant views of the city from the premium suites. Breakfast is included and has a great view.

Stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites for a week. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with printing and luggage. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our meals. The location is convenient, close to the Muslim quarter and plenty of eateries. The hotel also prioritizes security, which was reassuring during these times. a fantastic stay with all the amenities we needed.

The location couldn't be better. Two convenience stores right next door, and plenty of dining options nearby. the suite was modern and well-equipped, with all the technology and conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay. And to top it off, the parking was a breeze thanks to the two coupons per day provided by the hotel.

we found it difficult to regulate the temperature between the living room and bedroom, with the former being too cold and the latter feeling quite stuffy. the breakfast room was far too small - we found ourselves sitting almost on top of other hotel guests.
