where to begin with this disaster of a hotel? no air conditioning, which is so unthinkable, and let’s not even talk about the rude staff, who seem to have skipped kindness school. I thought maybe an upgrade would be offered, but I was wrong! I almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn’t!

this place is definitly not for VIPs. the breakfast room had 4 steps that were never mentioned, which woudl ve been nice to know. I had to settle for one pillow on a terribly uncomfortable bed, surely a royal treatment is too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, lift access, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped my elderly parents with a sweet attitude, which I truly appreciated. I recommend asking for assistance with travel directions if needed. I’m definitely coming back for a holiday.

Great location, just 8 minutes from the tube and right across from the park. The clean twin room had everything we needed for our family.
