We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet area away from the bustling city center. It was just a short walk to the nearest MRT station, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Crystal and Rizal who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They even extended our checkout time when we requested. The facilities at this hotel were top-notch, including a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the well-equipped room amenities, such as the washing machine and the kitchenette area.

The only drawback we found was that the lighting in the kitchenette area and sitting area was quite dim, even with all the lights turned on. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Park Avenue Rochester for a short business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Buona Vista MRT and Star Vista shopping complex. I was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade to a bigger suite and the kitchen facilities were a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, even arranging a last-minute birthday cake for me. The area was very accessible and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

The staff here are top-notch, providing excellent service from managers to receptionists. They were incredibly helpful and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a clean toilet and comfy bed. We also enjoyed the 24-hour cafe in the hotel and the stunning view from our room. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus!

During my recent stay at a hotel in Singapore, I had a positive experience. One of the highlights was the location, which was conveniently close to a university and shopping center.

Within walking distance to public transport, convenience store, fast food outlets, and shopping mall. In-room washing machine provided. Responsive room service. Helpful staff assisted with personal needs after a long trip. Had emergency band aids available.

Comfortable bed, pillows, and comforters. Fantastic view from the hotel. Good idea to have separate aircon control in the 2 bedroom suite. Suite with washer and dryer can accommodate locals better. Friendly and approachable staff. Ample small pillows provided.

The hotel had a very professional and friendly staff that provided excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms were tastefully decorated and kept very clean. One of the best aspects of our stay was the rich breakfast offered, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had good access to the city center, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our city break. We also appreciated the all-day refreshments that were available for guests.

One of the drawbacks of our stay was the lack of dining options at the hotel. the cafe had little choice and the food was quite expensive, with one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.
