The hotel had top-class facilities, including a 25m lap pool and a medium-sized gym with a wide range of aerobic equipment. The outdoor area was spacious and perfect for exercising, and there was an experienced supervisor named Audrey who provided friendly assistance. Additionally, the hotel had a great sky lounge where I could enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.

One of the downsides of the stay was the red colors in the room, which may not be to everyone's taste. Additionally, it was sometimes difficult to get hold of staff when calling the service line, and the buffet breakfast was just okay.

The location of the hotel is great, with a supermarket, restaurants, and a drug store nearby. It's also conveniently close to Mt. Alvernia Eye Hospital, which was a plus for us. The hotel provided tourist maps at the reception, which was helpful for exploring the city. They also booked taxis for us, which made getting around easier.

We were disappointed that we weren't given the room we had initially booked, even though it was available. It was only changed after we complained.

We had a fantastic stay at Aloft! The property is conveniently connected to a mall, making it easy for us to access amenities like 7-11 and various shops. The hotel staff, especially the front office, concierge, and bellmen, were incredibly attentive and helpful. Henry, Kriss, and the other staff members whose names I didn't catch went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location is superb, with Novena Station just a short 10 to 15-minute walk away. we were impressed with the room, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast options. We highly recommend Aloft and will definitely return in the future.

We loved the location of this hotel, situated in a beautiful area with lush gardens right next to a mall where we could grab our groceries from a supermarket. We also appreciated the impeccable room service which included options for dry cleaning and a wake-up call, and the in-room amenities like ironing facilities and safes. Another big plus was the free Wi-Fi in the room, which made it easy to stay connected during our stay.
