the breakfast area felt like a crowded canteen, absolutely not what i expected. and, discovering long black hairs on my linen was quite unappealing. i would’ve thought they would at least extend an upgrade after such inconveniences, but alas—no such luck. i almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn't.

It was just a strong match for a quick layover in Singapore with all in all brilliant value for money. The air conditioning in the room was really good, keeping everything nice and cool despite the heat outside. Check out the French bakery nearby for a quick and tasty breakfast option.

breakfast was an absolute disaster, limited choices and not even a single real tea option. also, bugs in the bathroom? after such a terrifying experience, i expected at least an upgrade, but no special treatment for me. for a hotel that claims to be royal, it definitely didn’t deliver. almost felt like complaining, but couldn't.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the MRT and key attractions. I enjoyed the pool area for relaxation after a busy day. Also, the staff seemed eager to assist when I had questions.

However, the cleanliness of the room was a letdown. I found hair in the bathtub and a musty smell in the bathroom. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive too.

Had a great time with friends! We easily walked to the National Museum and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife at Clarke Quay. The staff were super helpful, and the hotel’s location made getting around a breeze. Just a heads up, breakfast could use a bit more variety for sure.

I stayed 4 nights and found the room super comfy and clean. plus, the daily housekeeping was spot on. The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape after a day of exploring, and there were plenty of cozy lounge areas to relax in. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use some variety, but overall, I had a fantastic time! 😊

royal queens has a great location, just a 2-minute walk from bras basah mrt and close to bugis shopping. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and strong water pressure in the shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.
