The appearance of the building was impressive, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff who cleaned the rooms were friendly and accommodating. I loved the white, crisp bed coverings and the soft pillows provided. The hotel also had a nice pool, which was a bonus. The location was perfect for exploring popular tourist destinations in LA. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While there were many positives about the New Gardena Hotel, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioner in the room was a bit loud, but it didn't hinder my sleep.

I had a great one-night stay at this clean and well-located hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. It was only a 20-minute drive downtown and the best part was the free parking! There were lots of food options nearby and the staff were friendly. Check-in and out were quick and easy. I also enjoyed the unexpected free bento lunch and the early check-in time. The Japanese-inspired amenities, like the Toto washlet, were a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located just in the middle of all the main touristic destinations in LA. It was a Japanese hotel with clean, white rooms and a quiet neighborhood at night. the staff was very friendly and the hotel provided a delicious Japanese-style breakfast. We loved the comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with a Japanese toilet, and the large closets. the on-site restaurant, Happa Restaurant, exceeded our expectations with their bento box. We also appreciated the hotel's gated underground parking and its proximity to the airport. Thank you for the wonderful personal touches!
