I had a fantastic 3-night stay at the New Gardena Hotel! My room was large, very clean, and comfortable. I loved the choice of complimentary American or Japanese-style breakfast each morning. The bentos offered were a delightful surprise! Also, I appreciated the polite staff and covered parking, which made my stay even better.

The gym was advertised but not available.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when we needed to print something out! Brekkie was a lekker experience too, trying both the Japanese and American options. Plus, parking was free and felt safe. Really nicely done overall!

Though, I would’ve liked a comfy chair to chill in while reading.

I enjoyed my 3-night stay. The heated toilet and bidet were fabulous. Breakfast included a great Bento box option. The beds were very comfy and the staff polite. Covered parking was an added bonus.

The bathtub was slippery with no mat provided!!! Also, it would be great to have some guidance on payment methods beforehand!!! It felt a bit pricey for a weeknight stay at $162!!!

Conveniently located 15-20 minutes from LAX, the hotel offers free, secure parking, which is a rare find in LA. The complimentary Japanese breakfast was a delightful surprise, reminiscent of my travels to Japan. The staff were exceptionally friendly, ensuring a smooth room change when we encountered maintenance issues. However, the air conditioning in room 519 was noisy on a low setting, and we noticed a smell of smoke at night, even in non-smoking areas.

I stayed in a Standard King Room for 2 nights and it was super clean and really spacious, not cramped at all. The shower had great water pressure, which I loved. Quiet floor too, so I got good sleep. Oh, and the friendly front desk staff made check-in a breeze. Free parking is also a plus. Just wish the AC wasn't so noisy. it would kick off sometimes. But overall, a comfy spot for a quick trip!
