The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the kitchenette was a great surprise, with a fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.

The staff at the reception were unprofessional and didn't provide proper service. It took several days to get this issue resolved and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed.

Stayed at a beautiful hotel in Boston. Rooms were modern and spacious with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. Conveniently located close to Tropical Supermarket and bus stop for easy access to the city. the staff, especially Pam, was fantastic and accommodating. Pam even surprised a guest with a birthday cake. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was clean.
