shangri-la apartments exceeded our expectations during our long term stay in singapore. the spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, and luxurious amenities made it the best apartment we've ever stayed in. the location was superb, and the use of the hotel's facilities, including the fantastic gym and buffet breakfast, made our stay even better.

The kitchen appliances made strange noises that reminded the kids of little creatures.

The complimentary welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch. the location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. the pool area was enjoyable and provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel was booked to capacity and we felt like just another number. the service was lacking and it took over an hour to check in.

The location was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to Orchard Road. The pool area was a hit with our kids, and we enjoyed the discount on the hotel restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, exceeding my expectations. The pool was rarely crowded, and I enjoyed having it mostly to myself. The complimentary shuttle bus, Wi-Fi, and laundry services were a great added convenience. Lastly, the location was perfect, with easy access to Orchard Road and a fantastic local coffee shop nearby.

Located just a short walk from the bustling Orchard Road shopping center, these apartments offer a tranquil retreat secluded in a quiet residential area. The convenience of being close to the shopping areas allows for easy access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with blackout curtains in the bedrooms ensuring a restful night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast options are delicious and varied.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were some areas that fell short of expectations.

This hotel provided luxury and exclusive amenities including a spa, sauna, swimming pool and steam room. the service here was impeccable and the staff were always accommodating. the restaurant offered special diet menus and we enjoyed the delicious packed lunches provided.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of frequent shuttles to the nearby MRT station, but the convenient location made up for it. the outdoor swimming pool along with the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided made for a relaxing vacation.
